calculates.pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://calculates.pro. We provide free browser-based calculators for payroll, timesheets, and home-improvement estimates.
2. What we collect — and what we don't
We do not require accounts. There is no sign-up, login, password, or profile on calculates.pro. The calculators run entirely in your browser and do not transmit your inputs to our servers.
Information you give us
- Contact form. If you email us or use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use this only to reply.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic, page views, referrers, approximate location (country and region, derived from IP), device type, and browser. We do not collect names or email addresses through analytics.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, user-agent) for security and reliability.
- Advertising (when live). When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may set cookies and identifiers to serve ads and measure performance.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the calculators.
- To understand which tools are useful and what to build next.
- To respond to questions, bug reports, and suggestions you send us.
- To detect abuse, prevent spam, and keep the site secure.

calculates.pro is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention
Contact-form emails are kept as long as they are useful for support. You may ask us to delete yours at any time. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics 4 defaults (currently up to 14 months for event data), unless we change it.
8. Your choices
- Opt out of analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies/JavaScript for this site.
- Opt out of personalized ads: visit adssettings.google.com or use your browser's privacy controls.
- Contact-form data: email us to request a copy or deletion of what you sent.
9. U.S.-focused service
calculates.pro is operated in and intended for users in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
